Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the http://www.fnshosting.com website (the “Service”) operated by Finesse Hosting (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Finesse Hosting.
Finesse Hosting has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Finesse Hosting shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
We reserve the right to accept and/or refuse any form of digital currency. Payment due dates always fall on the 1st or 15th of the month whichever is closest to your signup date the only exception is paypal payments which fall same day/time every month as established. If a refund is requested we will honor it provided the following provisions are met. A cancellation request is issued in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of original purchase. If an account is paid in advance you will either complete current month out (unless requested w/in 24 hours of purchase) or refund will be prorated for the remainder of the months (less the current month). Refund will only be classified as refundable if the problem is determined to be on the providers end and not the clients end. Additionally, should virtual world cease to exist we reserve the right to deny refund. Lastly, if you opt to quit said virtual world this also is not a valid reason for refund and refund will not be offered. Refunds are limited to technical problems related to provider end.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You agree to abide by any and all applicable copyright laws. You agree that any music contained in your autodj will contain proper tagging and that you will follow appropriate guidelines and have proper licensing.
If you are in need of licensing for your music you agree to obtain it prior to broadcasting any digital content.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Technical Support And Communication Policy
Customers who require technical support can contact us at any time via Skype, email or profile page mail. We will attempt to respond to all requests within 24 hours, and most support requests are replied to and resolved well within this time frame. However, our standard products do not include any form of support time response guarantee unless otherwise specified. Finesse Hosting Tech may develop dedicated service agreements with clients, at the tech’s own discretion. Finesse Hosting is not responsible for such agreements.
We provide technical support via other lines of communication such as live voice or written chat via Skype. A Finesse Hosting Support Chat is also available for all clients use, for issues that may arise and for ease of contacting Finesse Hosting Techs. The Finesse Hosting General chat is used for sharing of information, DJ gigs etc. If you are in the chat group and the Skype notifications become bothersome, this can be fixed. While the chat group is open in your Skype, click the “Conversation” tab at the top of your Skype, and select “Notifications”. There you can adjust the notifications you receive for that chat group.
Clients are expected to be courteous and professional in their communications with Finesse Hosting Streams, our Techs, and other Clients. Under no circumstances will we tolerate any kind of verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Finesse Hosting Streams customer or employee. If such abuse is proven, it may result in immediate account termination. What constitutes abuse, and what steps may be taken, is up to the sole discretion of Finesse Hosting management.
Finesse Hosting Streams agrees to offer support to clients only on topics directly relating to our products and services. Our Finesse Hosting Tech Team is there to assist clients with any problems directly relating to the availability or functionality of our service, and billing issues. Our support service does not cover generic computer or website advice. We always try to help clients as much as possible; however, it is important for clients to acknowledge that their hardware/software setup is unique and it is not always possible for our support techs to offer 100% resolution of all problems.
The Finesse Hosting Tech Team also provides service using remote viewing software to troubleshoot clients’ software. We use Teamviewer and occasionally screenshare on Skype, that is the only way we can log in to help, it is very secure and we use it to make sure we protect our customer’s privacy. By submitting your approval for a tech to access your computer via the remote viewing software, you agree to make no claims against Finesse Hosting for any issues that may arise as a result of this action.
The Finesse Hosting Tech Team will service and assist Finesse Hosting customers only. Customers of other stream service providers should contact their provider for technical support, or become a customer of Finesse Hosting Streams in order to receive our exemplary technical support.
